question on carbs
is there a difference with rochester carbs besides cfm and jetting some one told me chrysler used a different base plate and if this is true does anyone have two they would be willing to sell (318 240 hp)

Chrysler used carter carbs different mounting .Now they are made by Eldelbrock should be a bolt on I belive ( has 8 holes for 2 difrent mountings )

the listed ones Paul gave are square bore (holley style) a q-jet would be spread bore and Quick silver and other sights have them. Have youe carb # with you when you call anyone they'll ask for it. Look for a tag on the old one if you don't have it look for a engine serial #
