When I saw this in the pictured, I figured it would be around $29.95.

But, it's $129.95 (and up).

I wonder it it could be made?

Yep...I have the exact same one on my boat. I found one on Ebay a while back but it wasn't a priority item for me to have as a second step.

Call these folks in FT. Lauderdale. They may have what you need.
