Gen Set Installation F32 Trojan
I have an aftermarket Kohler 5kw (model 5e) unit installed between the engines and almost aginst the aft engine room bulkhead. It sits on a crossing pair of stringers spanning the innermost engine stringers. It's a very tight fit. Another owner installed it. I seems to have had a neutral effect on the center of gravity. This is very important.

Experience installing - nono. Mine has been in the boat since new.
The location MollyToo describes is a pretty common place for the genny on an F32. Mine (original Onan from the factory) is installed in the same place. Exhaust hose runs to port, and the muffler system is mounted on a wooden platform that sits between the outer stringer and hull side. I can provide some pics of my installation if that might help you.
You need to consider plumbing (water intake and sea strainer location, fuel, muffler and exhaust, and 'intelligently' tapping in to the AC power wiring. From the factory the F32 had the 'Power Sentry' system installed, but if you didn't have a genny from the start I don't know if they still pre-wired everything and give you all of components anyways (so it is just plug and play), or if you might not have all the required components / switches / etc.
