Underwater Silent exhaust

The only red flag I will pass on is if you have the clam shells in front of the exhaust outlets under the hull and you get launched down a ramp, go very slow. Have seen one of these fill both engines with water twice on same boat. I assume the shells direct the water up into the exhaust system if you launch too fast. This was with a hydraulic trailer. If you get splashed via a travel lift, you're okay.

Maybe it's just a distance thing Paul. The only setup I've seen this happen with at our marina was this particular one, twice on same boat!. And they launch a lot of boats that size down the ramp with stern exhaust. Just an FYI of what I've seen.
