Other than "cold", can someone tell me how to make it smaller?

There's a sticky about that subject. Haven't read it yet myself since mine was resized for me but start there.

I did a search on trojanboats.net that resulted in a reccomendation to resize.

I went to my Photobucket account and re-sized to 80x80.

The result is a smaller avatar, but is seems that mine is still bigger than everyone elses.
