It's Sunday, 11/7/10 10:22 am (oops 9:22am)
Sitting on the Command Bridge sipping coffee and chatting with you fellas. I wired the boat for WI/FI yesterday, YEEHAW!! Even though it's 39 outside with a 20kt blow I'm wearing a short sleve shirt. Discovered last night with the Strato-glass 90% closed, with the heat cranking down in the "Saloon" if I leave the cabin door open it rises and makes it pretty comfortable in here. The wife and I watched a movie up here last night and she didn't even complain!!!! I like to sit up here with one of the panels slightly open since i smoke (I know, I'm a vile, evil, discusting person)
Does anybody else here rough it out also?
Ron

I do the same when the weather is cool or cold before I pull the boat for the winter. I smoke a pipe so I have the glass cracked a bit also. I envy you today since it is 22 here and I could be doing the same thing if I didn't have to pull it for the winter. Oh well....maybe someday.
Good deal on the WiFi. I use my laptop with my Blackberry and Tether software.
22..... Dam!!!! But I'll be fishing in that a month from now.
I've got the Verizon mobile broadband for the laptop. It's been a PIA with having guests down here every weekend and all of them having to use my computer (cuts into my time chattin with you guys). So I put in a router that the broadband can now plug in to. Presto!!!! We can all be on at the same time
The things I do for my guests

Doin pretty much the same thing down here on Mobjack Bay . The north wind has the lower bay whipped up bad 5 footers and the boat doesn't like being pushed at all , so here I am under the canvas with my dogs listen to the radio and smoking (yes I'll burn in hell) watching a 20 mph winds screw up a good day. But like the Wife said you're on your boat.
