Already have the "Tripod" syndrome. Man shouldn't be allowed to own a trojan without it

OK, I'll TRY to get us back on track......I hooked up at PUR filter to my galley sink faucet. It takes out any bad taste, viruses, etc. I use this for coffee water, but we do carry bottled drinking water to dilute the bourbon for the sissies on board.

Do you guys sterilize and drink the water??
One of my many projects is to replace the "heater hose" Trojan used from the water tank to the pump then fwd to a manifold. My water tastes like hose.
Never drink it just use it for showers ,dish washing and cleaning up .Use the reinforced clear hose Bottled water for drinking , Use the 1 gal jugs for coffee and cooking for a buck each
