Nice ... but ....
"... Insurance recovery, Vessel was submerged in a fresh water river, twin Detroit Diesel 671 TI motors and Northern lights genset were preserved but not run, this is a well worth project and the owner is motivated ...
not even run yet - could be trouble ...

You shouldn't walk away from a boat like that...................you should RUN

But, if anyone wants me to I can take a look at it for them. The boat yard is about a mile away from where I work

With all of the boats available for a good price in this economic downturn, I think I would pass on one like this.

30k min to get bak in shape if the engines are ok . sunk in fresh water ?? in Ft Lauderdale ??

It sank about a mile from where I keep my boats. I wouldn't call the New River "fresh water" I think it is brackish at best. It depends on how far up the river you are. About half the boats in lauderdale moor up the river, up to about 150ft.
