Thanks for all the support. Now I can't wait for spring.
Alex 38 she has the blue 454s at 350 hp about 750 hours on them. The genset is an Onan 6.5 kw gas with about 950 hours.
Remodel maybe a bit harsh but some of the up dates I want to tackle are:
Lose the brow on the rear of the radar arch and replace with curtains stright down from arch to deck.
Replace canvas with sunbrella and try to give it more of a hard top look by flatting the top and adding the curtains.
Replace the formica counter top in the soloon with corian or something like it. I don't want to use stone or granite because of weight and flexability.
As mentioned on this post by someone, the upholstery on the couch and setee has to go.
I would also like to put a teak and holly sole in it as well.
Replace formica table top with a nice piece of high gloss hard wood.
Of course the standard electronics, rocket launchers, down riggers, planner boards pullys ect.ect. you guys know the drill
$$$$$
Can't wait to start. I'll start a new thread for each project it's gonna take some time.
Thanks, Randy

Congrats on the new boat Randy!
I happen to be driving by as it pulled off of the Bayfront Highway the other day. I pulled up and took a closer look. Very nice boat.
I was wondering who else in Erie had Great taste in Boats! Glad you are on the forum.
I had an 11 Meter and loved it. I am sure you will be pleased.

welcome aboard randy. it's a great place to share ideas. i love the pics of the galley on your boat! don't change a thing there. the formica counter is way too cool believe it or not and those sub zero fridge freezer units are worth a small fortune! as long as they are still working, no need to swap them out. i love the contemporary look.
