Boat Club Bus Trip

Post by 30'Express1975 »

If anyone down in Ohio is a member of Toledo Sail, Maumee River Yacht Club, or Detroit Beach Boat Club in Monroe I will be taking my club on a bus trip to these clubs on January 22. We will be partying it up across Southeastern Mich and Northern Ohio for the day! Please let me know if you want to stop by any of these places for a drink with us!

I live in the Ft. Wayne area and would be interested in a get-together of this type. I do my boating in Lake Michigan but like to meet boaters from all over.

With the price of fuel it's cheaper to take mass transit.

Plus that, starting in January and going into March even the large ocean-going freighters don't go up and down the St. Marys or the Detroit rivers due to the potential for large and destructive ice floes.

As long as I can afford it I'll stick to boats. Looks like to got a least one more Year to play, then who knows.
