Skirl

Post by gumper »

That is not a project boat, that is a nightmare. Scroll down to the second last boat on this link. If I had the money and the time. I would love to have this boat " The Skirl". I know it is not a trojan but still a very nice boat. There are a couple of trojans on this page also.

This a project I brought back to life. Mid-70s Egg Harbor.
Guy bought her as bank repo for $6,750 w/ running 3206 cats (i think)
She sat on the hard for 4 years, uncovered. His total investment, including my charges was around 40k. He sent me an email 1 month after launch saying he cruised her to GA, added new carpet and oven, then sold her for $94,000.
Not a bad profit for a summers work

It seems like evey boat I buy turns into a project but I wouldn't take on the ones below unless I owned a boat yard-
All these are in florida

this 76 F-32 has been sitting in the owners back yard for years $2,500
Image
Not much story on this F-36 tri $4,000 dockage 200 per month
Image
F-32 $500
Image
33 trojan no engines $5,000
Image
77 F-30 looks clean but needs one tranny rebuilt $2,500
Image
This I guess this my dream project boat. A F-40 with the aft deck top removed and a fiberglass bridge enclosure and 2 diesels= Trojantrawler
