11 Meter Cockpit Refridgerator

Post by Rnd »

It's amazing what one trip to the boat will stir up. Thanks for the prop info. I have several questions but thought I would go one thread at a time  The mini fridge at the wet bar has been removed and I want to replace it. Anybody know what was in there? Who makes replacements? I don't care about DC operation or being able to run at 30* of level. So could I use a college dorm type refridgerator or is there another "Marine" saftey factor involved with doing this? Once again thanks for the help.

I believe the original would have been a marine ice maker.

Mine was replaced with a standard dorm type fridge. The cost is much less, but you will have to replace it more often.

Mine is getting rusty, but it is still working.
