Does anybody know the inside dia of intake raw water hose? Need to order new flushing valve and won't be at the boat for a week.

My 6.5 onan intake is 1/2" hose (1989)

Mine is 1/2" also. Just added a sea strainer and replaced my intake hose last week, also the thru hull and cut off valve.

all onan mcck models up until the very late 1990's use a 1/2 inch inner diam. hose for the cooling pumps. though small in size, you would be surprised at how efficient these were.
