De-winterized ours last weekend. This weekend got it in shape, washed and cleaned up. Next weekend will go on a shake down cruise to make sure the new raw water pump is OK, then we're all set for spring.
Spent most of today just sitting on her in the slip and thinking about last minute needs.

Uncovered and started working but I'm shooting for April 15 if all goes well. Much to do before then.

Head system is done, hoses are replaced, custom headboard done, swimplatform and ladder are done, and waxing has begun.
Carpet is going in on Friday and I began to stripe the upper deck. Shes coming along nicely and right on schedule.

in 74'? My Pacemaker was launched in June of 75'. I loved that boat, but this Tri-Cabin was launched in 85'. 10 years newer and doubled my space!

What wax/procedure did you use? We'll be tackling ours this weekend.
