What is the world does "Supporting Member" mean. I have spent multiple thousands of dollars successfully with Beacon and I am a sporadic user. Bottom line what is the difference did i miss something and Beacon is no longer the sponsor or what?

Not upset but sure curious. :o

Larry beacon and trojanboats.net are the same ( Bob) , some folks where not happy with the pop ups and other ads hear But still want to support the site . and so the idea came up were you could become a supporter for a small fee ( $10 ) and many off us have done so a small price to pay IMO . and maybe see the ads and pop ups lessen or go away , this is new so lets hope for the best.

Believe me this is not a way for Bob to get rich for sure , He is not in the islands sipping champagne , But the rumor that he is sitting on a lawn chain having a bud , well no comment. 8)

Larry I would like to thank you for helping this site by buying from Bob.

While I haven't bought parts - yet - I get a lot of good information from this site and believe I should help support it. The minimum is $10 but you can always contribute more and you can contribute more than once. I hope to contribute on a regular basis.

Thanks paul etal, I have upgraded at the beacon store. I had not seen Bob's eamil. Though I did see all the bru ha ha (sic) going on about popups, clubs etc. For $10, which is voluntary, I find the forum to be a great resource that all wiith these orphans should support. Also Bob and John are most helpful with information and advice when asked. :D
