ATTN: UNDERWATER EXHAUST TRI CABIN OWNERS

Post by aaronbocknek »

calling out to all of you tri cabin onwers that have the engines under the salon with the underwater exhaust system. when i bougth mine in october 2010, the previous owner left a spare exhaust bypass collector onboard. those of you that have this boat, know it's and odd system. two 3"intake pipes from the manifolds, 1.5" side bypass and a down draft 5" tube that is connected to bellows that is attached to a pan flute shaped thru hull. i've done some research on the fiberglass collector and i've actually located the original manufacture of it. it was built by centek industries, and when i emailed them the other day, i actually got a great response from one the guys in the engineering department. they still can fabricate this and i also have the original design drawings that they sent to me the other day. the cost to build it is around 193.00 with a two week lead time. if anyone wants the drawings, including the part number (1200233) i will be glad to forward the email to you. just get at me via email and i will be happy to assist.
