had a similar event on my f-32 last year. turned out that there were micro cracks on the 'bend' of the fuel fill hose for the starboard aft tank. my mechanic suspects that as the hose aged, the switch from regular non E10 TO E10, gradually 'cleaned' any fuel varnish from the interior of the fuel fill hose. i discovered a soaked hose when i was down in the aft bilge checking on something and just happened to glance over that way to see the 'bend' completely soaked. when we changed the hoses, it turned out the hose had decomposed from the inside out. one thing that us older trojan owners going for us is the fuel supply lines. trojan, at least in many of the older boats, used copper tube instead of rubber.
hope this helps.

Thanks Paul and Ron, a Tri_fly huh?
Shes a big girl and wants a lot of tlc, seaworthy thou.
Marsh Harbor Boatworks brought her a long way from just being a
Condo on the Water.
Mechanically she purrs and hit 30 knots at 4500 rpm.
20 knots at 3300 rpm.
Just found out their are no gas pumps at either marina on the Folly River
ah dam! now I have to motor her into Charleston up the Stono( which is a real pretty coastal river.
