Does anyone know of a good source for heat exchanger repair in MD? or know of anyone with a deal on one for a chrysler 440?

I'm not in your area but had work done on mine at a local radiator repair shop. They are getting hard to find, environmental issues have just about shut them all down.....that and plastic throw away radiators. A good marina or mechanic should be able to steer you in the right direction.....John

Durms Glen Burnie Generator & Carburetor rebuilt a number of starters for me for my Chris Craft. Great work -- Ask for Butch (410) 781-0056, located just off rte. 10 on Balt.-Annapolis Blvd. (exit toward G.B.). They referred me to a radiator shop further up the road on the other side of rte 10 -- don't remember the name, but they did good work on my heat exchanger. Check with Butch at the gen and carb shop, if he is still there.
I'm recalling that the radiator shop was located on a street just behind a popular crab restaurant ("The Crab Shack", maybe?)
good luck.

Motors should run. People -- not so much.
