International Express A/C & Sanitation Engine Room Setup

Post by RWS »

In response to several PM requests for details, here are the photos.

This is an improvement on the factory arrangement on the Express model for the AC compressor, circulation pump, vacuum tank, vacuum pump, fresh water pump, filter and misc fittings.

Two items of note: The factory macerator was eliminated and was replaced with a second vacuum pump.

The intergal variable pressure regulator on the SHURFLO pump failed last year and was (at the time) not available as a replacement part. With the pump still in great shape a simple well contact point pressure switch was substituted. While this works quite well it CANNOT BE USED IN A GASOLINE ENVIRONMENT.Here's the pix.

We built a shelf out of STARBOARD and attached everything to that.

Here ya go!
