Most of the time they are...!
Tomorrow (Saturday) I will get the toilet ready and set to go. And I will test it for the first time. Not by myself, but with a bit of toileet paper and some water. Just in case..... And then I have to start the work on instrument panel. It will be done in (King) Starboard, coated with a nice layer of either teak or Carbon fiber. Don´t know yet. What do you guys think; teak or carbon? With white faces of instruments? Or black faces? My brother works as chief engineer in Garmin Norway. He was one of the grunders here in Norway. And he told me to use a "glass cockpit", just like the one I´ve put in my aircraft some years ago. Hi-Tec instrument panel, with touch screen......? No?

Do you have any pictures of the exhaust exits on your Express? Your boat is the only other boat that I have seen that is the exact same model as mine (as far as I can tell). I am trying to figure out exactly what the stock configuration is for the exhaust exit. I'm not sure but I think mine has been modified. Below is a picture of mine. I have 9 thu-hulls for the exhaust exit. What does your have?
Mark: On the starboard side I have 10 holes for the exhaust, 9 from the engine, and one from the Genset. On port side I have only 9 from the engine. Just straight holes, no collars.

I also did all the valves in the bottom. Took out the rubber inside, cleaned it and greased it with a rubber grease. I did that to ALL the valves, even if some of them should be blinded.

On the other side...... See the lid over the holding tank. Aluminium, with neoprene / silicone rubber seal under, and a big pump to put everything under vacum. Almost as the original.
