F32 COLOR CHANGE
Finally put her all back together over the Summer, and would like to show pictures of the project. Trouble is, I'm apparently too computer challenged to successfully create a viewable album on the internet. I'm trying to use Picasa, but without success.
I real nice guy from Germany "Heiner" emailed me an avatar picture to use, after I emailed him some jpg images.
Can somebody suggest a simple way to show a bunch of 'in progress' and after completion' images? Maybe 30-40 images in all.
Thanks,
Dave

Have you setup a web album using Picasa?
https://picasaweb.google.com/home
Do that and set the privacy as Public... then we can go from there.

This is from someone else's Picassa web album. I just right clicked the photo and selected copy image url and put it in between clicks of the img button above in a compose message.

I'm in Girdwood off and on thru the winter. Maybe catch up for a beer at the Musky sometime and swap Trojan stories.DAVIDLOFLAND wrote:Thank you,
Pics are taken in Prince William Sound. She's berthed in Whittier. We do drive Turnagain Arm to get to Whittier (about a 40 minute drive).

Anytime any Trojan fan is in Anchorage, Hell Yes look me up. I'll drink with anybody.
Imron over Epoxy - Paint job cost about $13k, and I painted it myself.

400 fasteners
450 windshield glass (broke 2 in prep, we were aggressive)

31 days start to finish, 400 hours between 2 guys
3 days de-trimming (not a single bolted part remained, nothing masked)
8 days stress crack repair (ground to base of every crack)
3 days sand entire boat with 180 grit on DA
1 day prime comple with epoxy out of an airless sprayer
2 days dry and sleep
3 days sand epoxy with 240 then 320 on DA
