Not made by Bertram. I don't know where people got this from or why they keep advertising as such. They need to know a little more about what they own/are selling.

Many later Trojans had a plate on them saying "Trojan by Bertram" this was only marketing , Bertram never owned or made Trojans . Both were owned by Whitaker corp .

Yeh they tried about everything they could to save the brand when it was dying. In the end their hopes that the association with the Bertram brand would bring prestige to the line and breathe new life into it also failed.

Reminds me of Sony and a once much more superior video system than VHS; BETA. Had Sony not also dropped the ball on marketing, they too could have kept the line going for years. When they finally realized their short coming, they tried to catch up, but it was too little too late.
