Photobucket extracting

Post by larryeddington »

The photobuck method works well for posting on this board and in private messages. Does anyone know how to get your pictures download back to your computer as a JPG rather then via url?

I can try and save them on my computer but saves them squished up.

Ayn fixes?

You can go to the photobucket page and right click on the picture that you want and choose "save image as" it will give the choice of where you want to save it. You have to do this for each picture though.

Hi Gump,

I figured that out but when executed it would squish the pictures doen from the top and bottom. I was saving them as .JPG figured that would work but not.

Ok go to the picture that you want in photobucket and left click on it so it is full size Then bring your cursor to the left top of the picture. you should see a drop down menu that gives you the option to download. I tried this and the picture downloaded normally.

The photo must be in full size on your screen, or you might end up with them squished down, as you say, or a small size.

I have tried it no matter how I save it the picture becomes squished. Simple I will not delete any picture after I upload. However in PB help it says if you have the subscribed PB you can do it.

I guess I am jinxed.
