SCALE MODEL F-32?
Anybody ever seen, or heard about scale models (or model builders) of various Trojans? I don't know how they're made, but wonder if a model builder might produce multiple 'blanks' for a slightly lesser cost.
Is anybody else interested, if we found a builder?

I wanted that model BAD when I was a kid - got a PT-109 instead, and then speed boats (still have most of them, so I guess I legally own about 10 boats + more in my step-mother's possession) ... nice looking model though!

A few mods to the top, and a few portholes and you could have an F30, F32 or F36 ....

Hey, I had a PT-109 too. Maybe that's what started shaping the "boat nut" I am today.
Thinking about the F-32 model. I had in mind a static, display model. I don't really want to build one myself, but would consider finishing a blank. I've seen boat models over the years that were really impressive.

I hear you - maybe I'll rename her PT-73 and add a more portly captain with a grin!prowlersfish wrote:I was more of a PT-73 type , in fact I still am

I have submitted the idea to http://www.handcraftedmodelships.com. It is expensive to have a single custom model produced, but we'll see what a bulk order might cost.
It would probably be a good idea to research and query other custom builders as well, if any body has time.
