We could make these for you, but it will take (based on our current backlog of custom orders) about 18 months. The cost will depend on details and size. I would recommend a 30â€ model and if you made 10 the cost would be around $900 each.

It is very strange that this topic came up, just a week ago I was talking to a naval architect about drawing the lines for a model of the 32. His reply was he could do it if I found one out of the water and measured the hull at certain points. He said it would look very very close. Next I talked to a Fiberglass guy and he said he could make a foam plug, then a glass mold and pop out a hull and cabin for me. I work with these guys and they are also friends but the costs for doing one boat was a little to much for me.

The NA wanted 35 per hour (about 3 hours) and about the same
for the fiberglass guy (about 6 hours). The trial and error thing with
the molds could equal 3 to 4 hulls before it is correct. Now, I am not
saying I am going to see this to the end but if anyone else is really
interested in a hull and cabin for a F-32 (32 inch) it would be easier
for me to continue looking into what I would call a cool little project.

The idea is it is much cheaper to make 10 hulls than just one, and I
Donâ€™t need 10, well I would like 10, but I like my wife more.

This sounds very interesting.... any guesstimate on the price were the initial run to be 10?
I'm sure we could scare up that number here pretty quickly

I'll talk to the NA after the holidays (monday) and see what he needs for the hull. I'd do it but mine is in the water. Nailing down a price is the current problem I am having. The guy who would do the plugs and molds needs to see some plans before he can tell me how much for materials and his time. I just guessed 10 models would make things cheaper, currently I have no idea.

Why stop there, what about the glass ports and engine room vents below the gunnel, cleats, the rake angle of the windshield (solved by moving top of window back to create the bridge deck brow), the shape of the forward hull, the classic angled anchor/running light support (which I have replaced) and ....
