these ole "free boats" are great. Take your time and enjoy. there are good documents on the trojan boats and very good wiring schematics, so making your own wiring harness shouldnt be to difficult if you have basic wiring skills, as you probably know that home depot house wiring is not the same as good marine grade tinned copper.
I replaced the swim step on my F-32, with patience, I found a nice teak swim step and I replaced the "fiberglass" step that had apparently been home made, the plywood core was soaked and wieghed a ton!
I got the teak step for free, I plugged the old mounting holes , cut it down to fit the boat.
