Looks good as far - did you upholstered every sharp edge ?

In www you can find a lot of examples to heat that foil, especially on youtube.

Make shure, nobody left inside the boat before

I don't know if the pictures show the final job or just work in progress, but you may want a tighter / more snug fit by the end of it than your pictures show. The wrap should be shrunk so that in the end it is truly stretched over everything - thats what gives it its strength. It shouldn't be able to flap in the wind, because that's what ends up ripping it open. I am heading down to the marina shortly to pull my batteries and electronics - will see if I can take a couple of pics for examples of how tight wrap around here.

Looks like a good start though!

thanks for all the pointers. i ll try for the finish photo. first year boater but i m worse with computer lol. i don t think it came out bad and its holding up well so far. i have boat completely pulled apart. interior and engines and tranny s are in garage for rebuilds.will post progress shortly. thanks again

Sure looks like a lot work. A high pressure wash in the spring would do the job !

Here are 3 shots of good, tight wrapping. Two of them are of a 40+ Sea Ray Sundancer (I think - with a bigger Regal beside it) - so similar shape to your Express. The final shot shows how they dealt with a 38 ChrisCraft Commander (flybridge) and the Trojan 30 Fly in front of it. Tight is your friend, but make sure it has some ventilation, be careful of abrasion points (some people use those swimming noodles as spacers), and don't burn through it when shrinking!!

just the savings in the amount of leaves and dirt from the trees makes it worth it. plenty of help and only took a couple hours. we put a door in and i have a heater and dehumiderfier inside so i can clean and pait the bilge/ engine room through out the winter,

You can always shrink more... it's really really hard to shrink less!!!
