i just finished removing the platform. here are some pictures of what i need. as you can see 1 of the stainless rails is broken. and the support riser that was attached to it is gone. those are square aluminum. the other 2 are all corroded at the bottom. and the othere 2 stainless top bars have stress cracks in them from all the bouncing while in the storm.

I had all new pieces cut at a metal supplier out of 1 inch bar stock and they had the 3 sided that fit 1 inch bar for the support braces. They cut them all for a total of 20 pieces, cost was $60 and are just like originals.
The were a nationwide firm but unfortunately I have lost the name so I am no help other than replacements are easy to make. The chrome trim around the platform is available from our sponsor.

I replaced the swim step brakets on my F32 when I installed the teak platform. I made the supports out of 1" 316 stainless steel and welded mounting tabs to each end to attach them to the transom and the outer edge of the platform. a word of caution or a heads up, as I learned the hard way, the brakets are not 90 degrees, the transom has a bit of an angle out at the top so if the brakets are welded at 90 (or 45 degrees) the platform will angle down at the rear.
I should mention that I kept the original brass / bronze brackets and added three supports to give extra support on the outside edge.

i found a machine shop thats going to repair the broken support rail that the platform sits on. and add a 1/8 inch peice to the back of all 3 where it mounts to the transom to strengthen that mounting area. and for the 3 supports that go from the outer edge of the platform to the lower part of the transom. he is going to remake those out of 1.5 inch square stainless. the aluminum ones i have are pretty corroded. but still in fair enough shape to get the measurements.

Had these aluminum supports made cheap at a local welding shop. ($100 for the four)
The 5 round Stainless supports are made of the old Trojan deck railing....flattened ends and cleaned up.
Worked great.
