Winter Check - in

Post by bkwesq »

Hello All, just wanted to stop by and say hello. I have done zero to the boat since just before Thanksgiving but I am done all the wood work and bilge painting. I ran out of money to buy engine parts but I will be back in the swing of things come Feb.

Hope you all had great holidays!

I'm counting down the days to launch. Cabin fever is setting in.

actually, instead of trouble shooting that bloody odd 12v problem, i've been using some of my down time to just head to the boat in the afternoon, sack out on the sofa in the salon, and watch a few battlestar galactica (remastered series) dvd's. i have ceramic cabin heat and when i close off the fwd/aft cabin entry doors and the salon warms up really well. yesterday, the 18th, was windy and cold, but, the salon warmed up to a nice 75 degrees. not a bad way to spend an afternoon.......
