If you get a good rebuilt 318 and look after it, it'll last ya for ever, and it'll slide right in without having to change a bunch of other hardware. Less costly way to go and you'll still have a good engine.
She was a 1969 36 ft wooden beauty with big blue 440s that we'll miss forever.
