Larry,

I used the beckson double channel for the bottom slides on the aft windows as several H channels were cracked and broken, You can easily slide them in. I was surpised how easy the windows came out and went back in. keep in mind that your changing an engineered design so the fit isnt perfect.

Arron,

thanks for the comments, and yes, i did tape and the entire project, windows and rails. they look pretty good in the photos but in all honesty, the window frams could have used a LOT more sanding and fairing, however, being in a marina in California, I was beigining to raise eyebrows after a full day of sanding and black sanding dust all over the boat. I did use a vacuum attachments, but you just cant get it all.

I thinned the Brightsides with 333 brushing thinner, it's a must along with a good foam roller and a really good brush to tip the paint off after rolling the paint on.
It doesnt take much thinner, but it makes a world of difference in how the paint flows in sun and a breeze.

I answered the painting the teak rub rail in the other post

I spent that last two evenings waxing and polishing the hull, holy crap, i have muscles I didnt even know I owned!
cheers everyone. i
