Western Lake Erie Trojan Party?
I see plans in the making for various Trojan get togethers in other areas: any interest in one for western Lake Erie, covering Ohio, SE Michigan, lower Ontario? I'm docked right across from Cedar Point Amusement Park, a great draw to combine a gathering of the mighty Trojans together with a trip to the Point or Put-In-Bay!
We dock in Lasalle Ontario and would consider traveling into Western Lake Erie for a rondevous. Put In Bay would be a good place for this (does the Roundhouse still serve beer in pails?) depending on the size of the group. Docking there usually means rafting. Leamington marina would be a good place as well, alot quieter but each boat would get a slip.
Any one else interested?

Remember to post this for next season as well. I will be ship shape by then, just bought a F-26 and will be ready. Also I know 2 other Trojan owners would be interested. Kelly's Island would be a great spot.

Wow, things sure heated up on this post. I low keyed until now pushing it due to, hopefully behind me, engine problems. Since June have fought both engines dying within seconds of each other, that due to the marina mechanic's screw ups, then just my starboard engine heading south once I fixed his screw ups. What I found with the starboard engine was no compression in #1 cylinder. there was also signs of blowby between the middle cylinders on both cylinder banks. A new set of heads later and we're up and cruising again! It is getting on in this season, but who would be interested in rendevousing at Put-In-Bay on Sat., Sept. 7th?
