There are quite a few still around. They just don't have a salon and they have some other interior modifications. Hulls are the same as most if not all, the decking.

May be it is a mod from a express to a Sedan ?!?

Some want the convenience of the performance of the model, without the creature comforts of a salon and the ability to "convert" for guests and family.
It's an express bridge and not a "convertible", as referrenced. Many I've seen are for fishing and day trips usually. The fishing aspect allows for a bit more cockpit room for gear as well. To each they're own I guess.

Friends of ours have a 1976 F32 Express. We've spent hours rafted together comparing the two boats. What would you like to know about the differences? lol!
The Express cockpit is enormous. It comfortably sits six with plenty of room for tables (er, coolers). The engines are beneath the cockpit sole, so she sits a little differently in the water than the Sedan. The flybridge is shorter fore to aft and does the console butts right up to the windshield - no bench seat forward of the helm.
Positioning of the console on the bridge - is that because of the model, or the year? I think that even in the sedans things differed - not all years had the console back and bench seat forward.

The flybridge on the express is like the F30...the console, as Nancy says, sits all the way forward. All F32 sedans, regardless of year, are the same in placement of bridge console.
