About 1500 RMP
Can Troll that fast or a little more while looking and slow down if fishy area and get better mileage.
So 60 out, 60 back, 60 to search and reserve.
So sometimes that is 160 miles covered or maybe double, or more if slow trolling
We leave at dark, go slow to conserve fuel and be halfway they at Grey light to start trolling, Burn it up duriing the day if chasing fish, slow home to relax.
I never turn off the engines out past 10 miles or so.
Have a Horizon flow scan and it very accurate ( with in 5 gal each trip).
Don't plane that often, Was getting 1MPG at 2700 on a plane ( but can't fish that fast).
Putting on the Second Edlebrock 1409 today.
The first one last week made a big difference from the original AFB's
Hoping gas mileage will improve, and plane more often with the new carbs.

But it doesn't have the PCV fitting.
There are directions online how to add it.
But someone chimed in modifying a CC approved may not be good.
Thought of running the PVC hose to the Spark arrestor sinc it hase a extra hose mount.
Still Trying to reseach the best way to handle it.
Real tempting to add the fitting so it hooked up the way it was.
Any input appreciated.

Welcome aboard! Profile looks like my 1972 30' Sea Raider.....It is my understating that 1972 was the first year of the fiberglass hull. My hull is glass, everything else is wood.....mahogany and teak. Is your cockpit all painted? Can't tell if it's glass or painted wood. Here's a couple pics for comparison purpose's............nice looking boat.............John

My Cockpit it is Mahogany with teak deaks and was like yours, similar dash.
Mahogany is painted over and Dash redone all new guages and swtiches.
Same on the interior.
Much brighter and easier to work on.
Cockpit Floor is 1/8" Aluminum Diamond plate that rescessed perfectly on the worn out teak, Super strong deck that takes a beating.
That oily hot teak was a pain, and Fishing is hard on varnish.
All the other decks were glassed and painted over in 95 before I got it.
I must have one of the first Fiberglass Hulls, Maybe the last one around of this model?

hi all , my name is mark and I am mikes brother the previous owner of this boat, we cut a deal and now it's mine so I had it moved to the delta (bethal island ) close to my son who lives in modesto I'm in wisconsin . I got it with everything including a beer in the fridge. lots of work to move but it's there and safe in a covered slip will post pic of the move when I figure it out. Justin (my son) may join / post as he is the owner / care taker /mechanic, lucky guy at 27 all he has to do is make sure it's ready to go when dad gets there( lol) on my dollar of course!! any of you in the delta area??
