Changing out port side Salon windows

Any advise on how to change out the Port side salon windows would be highly appreciated.

So I just researched on the site and looks like it should be easy, and best to call a local glass guy. I will go that route...i just did not see any easy way to get them out.

the side windows come out very easily, I replaced all four panes on the port side or our F32 this year. I replaced the laminated with tempered and the total cost was about 250.00 for all four pieces. the original color is tinted bronze, matched the stbd perfectly

take them out to get the measurments correct.
