F28 Salon Ceiling

Does the F28 ceiling have enough thickness/strength to install an overhead radio box using SS screws? Trying to install a new VHF and also an AM/FM radio and trying to avoid piling them on top of the head overhead panel. PO had many electronics in front of instrument panel one could barely see out the windshield. I figure there has to be a better way.

Hard Top or Flybridge?

I have electronics on ceiling of lower helm on my F30 Flybridge that are screwed in with SS screws albeit short ones.
