other than the retrofit, my '83 express cruiser (not mid cabin) does not list at all.

Icemaker/fridge, wetbar, head, helm & wiring all on stbd

galley on port with microwave, countertops, and fridge #2

genny, engines, running gear, windlass, anchor, anchor chain, water, waste and fuel tanks all centerline.

64 lbs of 2 stroke dink outboard is in the lazarette, port side

Beer keg can be put most anywhere

Jack daniels (gallons) stays in the cabin

sweet

but

after too much Jack, EVERYTHING begins to list...

Why do you think the old sailing ships had a Grog Barrell on board (Rum cut with water). Those dad gum wind machines always listed.

++ ob Beer keg :D

I had to check mine and it list about an inch to the starboard side. Is this a big deal and worth adding weight to balance. It seams the extra weight will just add to my fuel consumption. I can't see where I can rebalance anything outside of having my big buddy allways sit to the port side. :)

You should get him a shirt that says "Ballast" on it.

I'd just get a couple of 29 year old women.

They can double as galley slaves or boat wenches, and can be assigned all sorts of productive tasks...
