Log Bay Day 2012

Post by Commissionpoint »

Took time off to go to our local party that is always held the last Monday of July. I was the only Trojan at the party, but I allowed some other makes to anchor around me, and I even let a little Sea Ray raft along my Stbd. side all day.

Ended up letting a local radio station broadcast a remote from the salon of the Eclipse all afternoon.

A fun time was had by all.

Pics.

Nice pictures. It looks like everyone had a great time. I especially like the one of the helmsman.

What a great gathering especially the scenery... looks soooooo nice
compared with the steel mills, casino boats, and other forms of ugly
we have here on Lake Michigan where the water is always rough and
unfriendly. Our marina has become mostly a place for all drunks to sit
on the pier and play their stereos at mind blowing volume. Think I'm
about ready to sell a nice tri-cabin :-(

OMG

Gruhs - I think he was talking about me!!

HA HA HA HA

Yeah I agree with Gruhs, we dont have parties or gatherings like this one on Lake Michigan!!

At my marina - all the drunks are at the docks because on weekends, you got the Coast Guard, Illinois Conservation Police, and County Sheriff ALL patroling the harbor entrance!
