Aaron, why are all of your posts bold?
because i have an autoimmune disorder that effects my eyes from time to time. when i type it makes it easier for me to do so when it's bold. it's not shouting, it's just easier for me to see when the post is put up. apologies if it offends anyone.
No big deal. I was just wondering. :D

isn't it though? i really did think it was a searay sundancer. very similar lines right down to the interior. i wonder if thundercraft shared the same marine architect? so, when is everyone heading to toronto for a ride on the new girl in town? i'd do it in a heartbeat once treatment is over.

Slap a 270 Sundancer badge on it and only keen eyed people would notice the differences. The layout, trim work, even the platform with the Sundanceresque teak inserts!

Congrats on the upgrade!

Right on Paul. Torcan has an original Thundercraft mold. Dennis LaCarte, the President of Cadorette at the time, purshased the Thundercraft Company primarlily for the name. He wanted to sell more boats in the USA and felt the name "Cadorette" would not be as well received as "Thundercraft" for marketing. They used the Cadorette hull molds rather than the Thundercraft molds, hench the name Thundercraft by Cadorette. Over subsequent years everything rolled over to Doral Boats. As I understand it.

I'm a bit superstitious when it comes to boat names. I would stay with No Problem. If you want to rename her, leave No Problem on the transom and put AKA My Tyme II underneath. That should keep Neptune happy. :D

LOL
That would be sure to give the older snooty Yacht Club members something to talk about
Not to mention the Police and the CCG

On a personal note: I hate how our flags are disrespected in that way, but that's another story for pontifications
