Looks like a pretty good deal on a fresh water boat.

A charter guys will scarf that up quick at that price. These and the 10 meters are very popular on the great lakes for charter work.
Great boats.
Great boats.

I'd offer to have mine delivered up there if someone was!

I just had a friend sell his 1987 11 meter to a charter captain for $48,000. They go pretty quick if they are in good shape. They want good seakeeping boats with a lot of deck space. Can't beat a 10 and 11 meter for the price. I've even seen a 12. I can't imagine what they're spending on gasoline.

I ran charters for years and can't even imagine having to pay the fuel bill trolling on an 11 meter all day not to mention the run out and back.
It wasn't so bad 15-20 years ago but to pay todays fuel prices it would not be worth it.
I did use my 10 Meter to do some dive charters. What a perfect boat to use.

With Crusader 350's it wouldn't be any worst to troll that thing all day than it would be to troll a single screw Grady or similar. I troll in the 32 with 305's all the time. Its not that costly. Often I run on a single screw to get down to the correct speed, and likely would do the same in an 11m with 350's.
22 grand is a deal. Too bad not more shots of the interior.

It's not the trolling...it's the 30 to 40 miles round trip they make every day to find fish. Love these boats though. Does show you how much value a boat drives when there is a niche demand.

I would say it would be much worse.Commissionpoint wrote:With Crusader 350's it wouldn't be any worst to troll that thing all day than it would be to troll a single screw Grady or similar. You are pushing over 4 more feet of beam and thousands of pounds more in weight with a larger engine off to one side of the boat. Of course it is going to use more fuel. Now throw in some 4 footers and you are all set.
In the single engine 29' that I ran I would use about 70 gal for a full day of fishing. On my 10 Meter it would be around 150 gal a day.
150 x $4.29 a gallon is a lot of money to me.

uhg!!! this is hurting my feelings for sure, that is alot of money!Jerry wrote:I would say it would be much worse.Commissionpoint wrote:With Crusader 350's it wouldn't be any worst to troll that thing all day than it would be to troll a single screw Grady or similar. Depends what you get for a charter. I hold NYSDEC guide license #5180. I can and do charter on it. Cash gets you aboard for $300 for 4 Hrs. , up to 4 ppl. (if you pay cash). Your gear or mine, makes no difference.Jerry wrote:

I have to run 10 miles out and 10 miles back. The run and the 4 hrs. trolling costs me about $60 bux at $4.30 a gallon. I troll on my Stbd. and its set to run in gear just above a stall. I'll take 5 to 1 on my money any day.
