FROM AARON.... BIG CHIEF OY VEY... SPORTING MY NEW MOHAWK

Post by aaronbocknek »

thought i'd do something radical in celebration of mondays 'good' report. so, i drove to my favorite barber and said, ''give me a mohawak''. he not only did it, but, he did not charge me. he said that as long as i'm in treatment, all razor shaves and haircuts are on the house. what could be better than that.
as long as i'm loosing it to chemo, what do i care?
enjoy!!

oh and the oncology girls love it. my neighbor erica said i had the perfect shape of a head. phil said i look like an egg. like i give a rats you know what about what he thinks.

tri cabin aaron, or, BIG CHIEF OY VEY

SITTING PIER MY TUSH!!! when the prop is fixed, there will be no excuses any more.

how about an even trade? remember, $$ are in short supply because i'm on leave from work. the boat haul out has been financed by the 'national bank of dad'.

john said he would let me know if anything was bent or destroyed. when i last checked, he said that the shaft appeared to be true and that the cutlass bearings were in good shape. the rear strut did need to be rebedded though. but, that too was in good shape w/ out any damage. just the one bolt knocked loose. i'm going to head there today to check on the painting and waxing progress. not sure if i'll be there before or after treatment.

Looking good Aaron! My wife of 35 years went through chemo 6 years ago. I shaved my head as a show of support. Found out I liked it and still wear the buzz cut.......maybe you'll be wearing that Mohawk in the future::)......John

lol. i'd love to, but, in order to be in compliance uniform wise, it needs to grow out to something 'normal' and 'business like' once i get back to work. personally, i'd love to keep it. my neighbor erica loves it. she said that i have the perfect shaped head.

I don't know you well, but you have been very supportive and kind to me.

I wish you all the best, Aaron. You clearly deserve it!

Thank you.
