fuel gauges

both of my fuel gauges on my 1970 trojan sea voyager do not work.. i have no experiance with fuel gauges... wheres a good place to start?

Get a voltmeter, DC range or test lamp. Here is the schematic, which is pretty simple. Maybe you can get an idea of what's up. Chances are, it's a dirty connection along the line between the sender and gauge.
