REMEMBERING THIS DAY---11th SEPTEMBER

Post by aaronbocknek »

as a flight attendant, today holds very solemn meaning for me. on that day i lost 6 of my friends. 3 on UA flight 175, and 3 on AA flight 11, both were boeing 767's. they perished doing what they loved to do, and protecting their passengers until those final seconds. let us all reflect on those that lost their lives. let us also celebrate their lives, and the lives of the first res responders, without whom things could have been so much worse. so, here's to you!! may your names live on forever, and may this day never be forgotten.

A very sad day for sure. The only good thing that came out of that day for me, was my neice being born that day.
