We need the admin to fix it. Anybody know who that is?randyp wrote:What the heck is wrong with the forum? I've tried to post a new topic but can't get it to post. It keeps on sending me an error message about not being able to post a "new word" and the error message says something about the word list crashing?

Something is up because I keep seeing multi-posts here.
So the dealer (Mike) calls me back today. The owner is really eager to sell but is going to wait only 10 more days before moving the boat out of it's current Marina because it is costing him too much. Supposedly he is moving CLOSER to San Francisco because of this (where, as far as I know it costs MORE to berth!). He really wants to sell the boat and is willing to take as little as $23,000 right now to do it, but he will keep it up for sale if he gets no bites.
So my thought is that my patience is looking like the right route and that I will continue to be patient as the season winds down and the weather begins to cool (by our definition here
!), and if necessary I will pursue the owner to where I know he is going and watch to see if the boat moves or not.
