8,100 for what looks like a decent 36?? This is bad news for me as I was considering moving up to a 36 and thought my 32 is worth more than that!

I have to agree.

Its really a function of supply and demand. Demand is relatively low for these types of boats. Supply has increased in recent years with the tougher economy. As a result the fair market value went down the vaccuflush. Trojans are not the only ones to have lost a lot of value in recent years. Even classics and collectables have seen a decline in price, and not just boats, cars too.

If we were all good owners, we would have a pool of cash to buy all these old boats up and take them off the market. There would be a great supply of used OE parts for everyone to draw from and that would pretty much take care of the supply problem. After that we could all form a coalition of owners and through the use of an artificial price floor drive the price of used Trojans through the roof. We would of course need some guerilla marketing on the internet to stir up discussion of Trojan superiority and scarcity on all of the major boating forums.

Ok get to it. At least half of you have the next 4 or 5 months before resplash. :D

There was a reserve on this one. Bidding ended, and I doubt the reserve was met so I suspect no sale. But yes it is a member.

That price seems very low for a clean, well maintained example. I would be surprised if the reserve was met, unless the boat has a string of issues. Very nice looking boat!

she is a beauty that's for sure. the interior is mauve, or, dusty rose. but it's hardly pink. (pink has a different tonal value and light refraction) i do agree though, not exactly a nautical color (colour) palette. that is one of the first things i'd change out.
