Sounds like you are not far away! This I can handle. Everything looks 'pretty' (at least before it turns gray). The 12-18" I had to deal with Dec 27 was a pita.ready123 wrote:AND it is white right now... I come up from FL for 3 days and it snowed on me in Burlington last night and white stuff is falling as I write this.
Not amused, though it has turned cool in Punta Gorda (relatively of course).
That's the morning we left for Florida waking up to load the truck with a foot of snow in the driveway. Wasn't just in the great white north though, we drove through it all the way down to VA. That was a first. It was clear sailing all the way back though, that was a first too. It was actually warm up here and the rain got rid of it all. But it's coming back!captainmaniac wrote:... We were supposed to go visit family post Xmas in Port Credit that day. Got up in the morning and debated going or not. QEW/401 didn't seem too bad based on forecasts so decided we would try it... THEN I realized I had to shovel out before we could leave! Only took 2 hoursBig D wrote:That's the morning we left for Florida waking up to load the truck with a foot of snow in the driveway.
