Looks very interesting , Could be a winner . The only questions I have is being Internet based can it really be "real time" and why can't you read the 1 and 2 star reviews ?

With that said Its cheap and worth a try . and if it is real time its a steal ! Just remember it it won't work out of cell range .

This kind of stuff makes me want a smart phone . Thanks tony !!

Get one Paul. You don't have to drop 5 or 6 hundred on the latest and greatest to get a good one. Find a Driod 2 or similar. They are inexpensive now.

If I do I will go with a prepaid - plans are cheap . Where as the reg data plans are a Rip off .

You can put a Driod 2 on prepaid with Verizon.

Verizon plans are not that good for the money IMO . Smart talk ( wally world ) and t-Mobile look like the best . T-Mobile is the only one that allows roaming . What gets me it all the fees and taxes you get on you cell phone bill . Yet on my grand daughters prepay smart phone there is only $2 worth of taxes and no fees at all . ( well I guess I have smart phone but I am not allowed to use it :D ) . I went with a prepay for her . so there would be no over limit issues ( suprizes) . And I could Cut it off if grades drop . After seeing the cost of it , I see its the smart way to go . I can go with a smart phone with unlimited data and txt and almost cut the bill in half . kind of a no brainier . Just not sure I want a smart phone , I like my water proof flip phone .

Verizon also has great coverage everywhere but my marina .
