Sliding glass door
I need help on replacing the wheels on the sliding glass door on a 12 meter. It has been on my long list to do. It is getting very difficult for the kids to slide the door.
Any tips in replacing the wheels would be helpful. Also, any idea in where I can buy the replacement wheels.
Thanks for your help,
Roly

On my f36, in order to replace the rollers, remove the bottom track screws, Then, pull the bottom track and the door (at the bottom) out a little bit. The door is captive on the bottom track. It is helpful to have another person with this - Pull the bottom out, then down a little to allow the door to drop out of the top track, then set the door down. Pull the bottom track off and the wheels will be exposed. Be prepared to deal with stripped screws holding the rollers in; if you replace the rollers without repairing stripped screws, the door may continue to rub (don't ask me how I know this).

As to the original question on your 12 meter, I have no idea but as Safari posts, it's a piece of cake on the F series, just as he described.
Check with John at Marine Tech, I bought my last set of roller wheels from him a couple of years ago. 717-684-4145
Good Luck.

It is actually very straight forward to change...
Once you get the door out, lay the door on its side and slide the bottom track off. There are two rollers per end and if I recall correctly one is a ball bearing roller and the other is plastic. The ball bearing roller comes off with a 7/16 and the plastic one is on with a regular screw. Once you have the new rollers on slide the bottom track on and put the door back in place and secure the bottom track and your done
I did mine by myself but it would be easier with two people
Good luck
Tom

Following this, any pictures? Part numbers? Kids and wife would like the rollers changed on my 12M Express too.
