Yes, thats right. You read correctly.
All this cleaning, sanding, and polishing has made me work up quite a thirst. Seeing I have a couple more weeks of it I figured it would be good to have a nice reward for when its all done.
Yesterday I went out around noon on the lake with a buddy and some supplies and brewed up some specialty ale. We made a nice medium amber. Should take a week to 10 days to ferment then a few weeks in bottles to age. Should be ready for the Memorial Day BBQ. Hopefully I have the Trojan looking good by then too.

I grew up near Syracuse and went to college in Troy so I spent many weekends around Lake George. I must admit that looking at your pictures makes me miss the area.
