Door Latches

Post by Away On Busine$$ »

Anyone know where I can get the door latches shown in " 1983 F36 Galley Redo". I need four to complete my interior restoration.

I'll take one from 4 different locations if need be. These are plastic and just pop out from the back.

Thanks Ken

May not be exact but take a look here and see if something will work, there are 3 pages of options. Good luck.

Are they missing or just broken? I have repaired a couple of mine.

Depending on how broken, the broken ones might be fixable. Otherwise you will have to get replacements from Beacon.

You can replace with more modern equipment, as in the link from Stripermann2, but I tend to try to keep things as original as possible on my boats. When it comes to safety equipment, YES - upgrade! When it comes the rest of it, I try to be true to history and original design whenever possible.
